Fake news has one fatal flaw.
It promotes itself as news.
And news has an expected relationship with the truth.
Our views of the world, though, aren’t formed in a news only bubble.
We consume fiction,
and opinion, and other information in greater quantities.
Things that make alternative claims regarding truth.
We absorb it all and trust in the percolation of our subconscious.
At least fake news can be interrogated.
